Historic Renovation – San Francisco, CA
This project involved the full renovation and structural reinforcement of a century-old Victorian home in San Francisco’s Mission District. Our client wanted to preserve the home’s historical charm while modernizing its layout, plumbing, electrical, and foundation.
We navigated strict city permitting, historical preservation guidelines, and tight lot access to deliver a stunning transformation. Original crown moldings and window trims were restored, while new systems were seamlessly integrated to bring the home up to modern code.
